CANCELLATION POLICY

At Michaeljohn, we truly value your time and trust in us. Every appointment is carefully prepared to ensure you receive
the highest level of care and to help us continue offering the best experience to all our clients, we kindly ask you to take
note of our cancellation policy:

BOOKING APPOINTMENT
To secure your booking, we kindly request a 50% deposit at the time of reservation.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We understand that life can be unpredictable sometimes. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least
24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may result in the deposit being retained.

MISSED APPOINTMENT
Appointments not cancelled in advance or missed without notice
will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.

RUNNING LATE
If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, we’ll do our best to still accommodate you with a shorter
service where possible. However, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure we can give you the quality of care you deserve.
If we haven’t heard from you 15 minutes into your scheduled time, we’ll consider it a no-show and apply the relevant charge.
